What is User Property?
Attributes that describe cohorts or segments of your user base, such as their language preference, subscription tier, or lifetime value.
While an Event Parameter describes a specific action, a User Property describes the person taking the action. Once a User Property is set, it persists and attaches itself to every future event that user triggers.
Examples:
logged_in_status: true / falsecustomer_tier: gold / silver / unregisteredfavorite_category: shoes
By setting user properties, you can easily build segments in your reports to compare, for example, how the conversion rate of "Gold" tier users differs from "Unregistered" users.
