What do "Find", "Fix", and "Monitor" unlock?01.
The product has three verbs. FIND — 150+ automated checks across Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and how the two work together, with every problem explained in plain English. Included on every plan, including Free. FIX — the tracking code to fix every issue (ready to paste in), a sandbox copy of your Tag Manager container so nothing on the live site changes until you approve, and one-click white-label PDF export. Pro and Agency. MONITOR — nightly re-audits, email alerts when your score drops, and a full diff against the last run. Pro and Agency. Anything we haven't shipped yet (Monday exec digest, Looker Studio dashboard, tracking spec generator) is tagged Coming on /features — we don't bill for what isn't live.
How does this compare to hiring an analyst?02.
A mid-to-senior Web Analyst in the US runs about $90–150k base, $110–250k fully loaded (payroll, equity, benefits, recruiter fees). In the EU it's €55–90k. For the audit-and-monitoring part of that role — GA4 audit, GTM audit, URL audit, cross-product checks, nightly re-runs, score-drop alerts, Monday summary — NiceLookingData costs $0–199/mo and runs around the clock. We're not claiming to replace the human on strategy, stakeholder interviews, custom dashboards, or one-off investigations. We're claiming to handle the watching-and-fixing work, which for most teams was never getting done anyway.
Can I switch plans at any time?03.
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What counts as an audit?04.
One audit = one full scan of a GA4 property (61 checks), a GTM container (44 checks), or any single URL (37 checks across Foundation, Integrity, Security, Marketing — no Google connection required). It includes a weighted health score and a prioritized issue list. When both a GA4 audit and a GTM audit exist in the same workspace, we also run 3 GA4 × GTM cross-checks — measurement ID drift, key event coverage, duplicate tag firing, and more — as a 6th integration chapter on your GA4 report. Re-running an audit on the same property or URL counts as a new audit.
What are 'cross-checks' and why are they included on every plan?05.
Cross-checks are the bugs that live between GA4 and GTM. A tag fires in GTM but no key event is configured in GA4. Your purchase events double-count because two tags send them. GA4's measurement ID drifted from what your container actually ships. These are the most expensive analytics bugs to track down manually — and the ones vendors never warn you about. We ship 5 today (CROSS-001 through CROSS-005) and they run automatically the moment both audits exist. No gate, no upsell. Connect GA4 and GTM once and the cross-check chapter appears on your GA4 report.
Is there a free trial for Pro?06.
Yes. When you click 'Start free trial', you get 14 days of full Pro access — no credit card required. If you love it, subscribe. If not, you automatically fall back to the Free plan.
Can I cancel anytime?07.
Yes — no contracts, no lock-in. Cancel with one click from your dashboard. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?08.
If you're not happy within the first 14 days of a paid plan, we'll refund you — no questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime but refunds aren't available for partially used months.
