However, we cannot guarantee that following the recommendations will result in flawless tracking or compliance with privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA). You are solely responsible for ensuring your analytics setups are compliant with applicable laws.The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
4. Subscriptions and refunds
Premium features are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring billing cycle. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

In no event shall NiceLookingData, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption, resulting from your use of the Service.
